Professional wrestler “Gangsta of Love” sentenced to 32 years for failure to tell sex partners he had HIV

Andre Davis, AKA “Gangsta of Love”, 29, was convicted by an Ohio jury in November of 14 felonious assault charges for his failure to inform 11 sexual partners that he had HIV before engaging in sexual intercourse with them.

On Monday, a judge sentenced him to 32 years in prison.  As of now, none of the persons who had sex with the “Gangsta of Love” have been infected with HIV or AIDS.

Ohio law requires persons with HIV to inform any sexual partners that they have the virus.
